Account information (name, email, hashed password), problems you submit for solving, chat messages sent to the AI assistant, and basic usage data (timestamps, plan tier, IP address for rate-limiting/abuse prevention).
To provide and improve the Service, enforce plan-based usage limits, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. Submitted problems and chat messages may be sent to a third-party AI provider to generate solutions and replies.
We use a third-party large language model provider to generate mathematics solutions and chat responses. Your submitted text is transmitted to that provider for processing and is subject to their own data handling practices in addition to ours.
Account and usage records are retained for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.
